Catch-all Emails in Cloud Web Hosting
If you host a domain name on our cloud platform and you have a cloud web hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all feature for any e-mailbox that you create under the domain name. The Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section offers quite a lot of features, but it’s surprisingly simple to use, so configuring a catch-all mailbox takes only one single mouse click. All the email addresses that you’ve set up will be displayed in this section alphabetically and you’ll simply need to click on the "Catch-all" button for the concrete email address. Our system will notify you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain or if the one that you’d like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either disable the latter feature or pick a different mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all option is just as easy and takes yet another click on the exact same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all address can be configured with a couple of clicks in case you have a semi-dedicated service with us. The semi-dedicated account will be managed via our custom-created Hepsia Control Panel and you will be able to set up mailboxes with any domain name hosted here. To activate the catch-all feature for a particular mailbox, you’ll need to click the symbol with the same name, which will be to the right of each email address. Disabling this functionality can be accomplished in the exact same manner and will not take more than one click either. In case the catch-all feature has already been enabled for a specific domain name, you’ll receive a warning note. The same is valid if the mailbox that you wish to be a catch-all one has email forwarding activated, as our system will never modify or disable anything automatically.
